We can offer outdoor and indoor yoga and workshop spaces, in-room treatments, and wonderful positive energy exercise.

Types of Yoga Offered:-

  • Hatha

Hatha yoga may be the most popular yoga style practiced in the west. It is a great way to exercise your body and still your mind, but also to stretch into each asana and deepen your inner awareness. “Ha” means sun and “tha” means moon, so Hatha stands for unifying contrasts and creating the perfect mind-body balance.

  • Nidra

Yoga Nidra is rooted in Tantric traditions and it is an easy practice that guarantees to bring you complete relaxation. On a Nidra yoga retreat, you will invigorate your body while freeing your mind from tensions and blockages. You will learn to listen to your subconscious and you will evolve spiritually.

  • Restorative and Healing

If you’re longing for a relaxing getaway, then you should totally choose a Restorative yoga session! This type of yoga will not only stretch your body, but it will also still your mind and improve your nervous system. Asanas are slow-paced and more focused, and the whole experience is so soothing it simply guarantees total relaxation!

The retreats can offer a deeper understanding of the essence of all true spiritual traditions and a Real Experience of our True Self-Awareness-Presence-Emptiness-Buddha.

You will learn methods, practices and advice as to how you can apply these teachings and spirituality in daily life.

There will be guided meditations and satsangs for the experience of Awareness.

There will be also questions and answer sessions after each teachings as well as guided meditations. The guided meditations are a kind of guidance, an initiation or transmission through which “everybody” can experience The Truth-Emptiness-Presence-Rigpa-Awareness-Consciousness-Brahman.

We are mindful of expense and have created wholesome nourishing soulful retreats for you, with fabulous fresh food and all the workshops you will need to come away feeling wonderful and light.

Satchitananda is pure awareness and consciousness and he travels to us from his home in Greece. Satchitananda, Spiritual Teacher is paid by way of Donation belief system only.

Satchitananda travels worldwide with his teachings and we are Blessed with this Company at the Retreats.

Tamara is based in Oxfordshire, UK and offers over 14 years experience in the field of Health and Wellbeing through Therapies, Workshops and Health & Fitness Sessions.
