  • The workouts are shared to you to continue in your own time should you wish to make best use of them

1-1 Yoga Based Exercise






  • Improving posture, breath, flexibility and energy flow.  I will guide and teach you specific moves that will help you with your current state of wellbeing


1-1 Meditation and Relaxation Based Exercise





  • Focusing the breath using guided meditations specific to where you are NOW. Playlists can be shared to you for your own use in your time outside of our sessions.
